Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Frequency Builders is a proprietorship registered in Amritsar, Punjab, India (Udyam Registration UDYAM-PB-01-0142225). We build websites, custom software, AI agents and automation, run marketing campaigns, and operate our own subscription software products including FreqDine, FreqCuts and FreqLaw. These terms apply to all of them unless a signed proposal says otherwise.

2. What we deliver

Every project starts with a written scope — a proposal, quotation or email that names the deliverables, timeline and price. That document, together with these terms, is the whole agreement. Work outside the written scope is quoted separately before it starts.

3. Payments

• Project work is billed in milestones set out in the proposal. Work on a milestone begins after its payment clears.
• Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
• Software subscriptions (FreqDine, FreqCuts, FreqLaw and any future product) are billed per outlet or per account, monthly in advance, at the price shown on the product's page at the time of signup.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Where GST applies it is shown separately on the invoice.
• Payments are collected by bank transfer, UPI, or through our payment gateway partner. We never store your card details.

4. Ownership

For custom builds, once the final invoice is paid you own the code, database, automations, ad accounts and domains we set up for you, in your name. For our subscription products, you own your data and we own the platform; you get a licence to use it while your subscription is active.

5. Your responsibilities

You provide the content, access and approvals we need on time, and you're responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into any system we build or host. You agree not to use our software for anything unlawful, or to resell it without a written agreement.

6. Availability and support

We aim for our hosted products to be available around the clock, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Support is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST, by phone, WhatsApp and email. Critical outages on live products are treated as urgent regardless of the hour.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Handled in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific work or subscription period the claim relates to. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, or for outages caused by third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, WhatsApp, Meta) outside our control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Amritsar, Punjab.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at frequencybuilders.com/terms. Material changes to an active subscription are notified by email at least 15 days before they take effect.
