Not mockups.
Systems with money moving through them.

Every number on this page comes from the live production database of the system it describes — not a case-study spreadsheet. Where we don't have a number yet, we've left it out rather than invented one.

01 — Restaurants

FreqDine

Kulcha Singh, Surat — replaced Petpooja after a nine-day parallel run

Restaurant POSMulti-tenant SaaS₹1,500/monthLive

The problem

Indian restaurant POS is dominated by software that charges per outlet, per module, and increasingly per order. A busy counter needs three things to be instant — punch, KOT, bill — and everything else is a distraction that costs the cashier seconds during the Saturday rush.

What we built

  • Tablet-first counter billing: table grid, dine-in / takeaway / delivery, running-order edits
  • Live kitchen display over realtime — punch appears, kitchen marks preparing → ready
  • GST invoicing with CGST/SGST split, per-tenant sequential bill numbers, 80mm thermal print
  • Role separation so a waiter can punch but never see the day's money
  • Aggregator orders folded into the same queue as dine-in
  • Khatabook module — expenses, staff attendance, salaries and end-of-day cash reconciliation

The nine-day test

Rather than ask the owner to trust a demo, we ran FreqDine in parallel with the incumbent for nine days on the same live counter. Both systems, same bills, same staff. The switch decision came from the comparison, not from a pitch.

02 — Fitness

GymGenie

Six Pax India, Pune — a white-label CRM running a real gym floor

Gym CRMWhite-label SaaSBiometricLive

The problem

Gyms lose money in the gap between the front desk and the owner's phone. Memberships expire without anyone noticing, dues stay uncollected because nobody has the list, and the members who quietly stop showing up are gone long before anyone runs a report.

What we built

  • Member records with plans, expiry, dues and a proper renewal view
  • Biometric device sync — punches flow straight in, no manual attendance
  • An "absent members" view that surfaces people drifting away while they're still winnable
  • Enquiry pipeline from walk-in to converted, with follow-up dates that actually fire
  • AI-generated diet and workout plans per member
  • Expense tracking with categories and receipts, so the owner sees profit, not just revenue
  • Role separation — trainers and reception work without seeing the money

Why it matters

The same platform is built multi-gym from the ground up. Six Pax is the first gym on it, not the only gym it can hold — which is the difference between a project and a product.

03 — Overseas education

EnrollX

SPiE Overseas — Nepal MBBS admissions, CRM plus the campaigns feeding it

Education CRMMeta campaignsMulti-agencyLive

The problem

Overseas education consultancies run on WhatsApp threads and a shared spreadsheet. A student enquiry about MBBS in Nepal touches counselling, documents, university shortlisting, application and commission — and every handover is a chance for the student to go cold and for the agent's commission to get disputed.

What we built

  • Lead pipeline with logged activity on every contact, so nothing rests on someone's memory
  • A university and programme catalogue that counsellors shortlist from instead of guessing
  • Agency and agent structure with invites, roles and permissions
  • Student records spanning education history, English tests, documents and assessments
  • Commission tracking built in rather than argued over at month-end
  • Landing campaigns tied back to the leads they produced

Demand side too

We also ran the Meta campaigns. The first traffic-objective run brought volume but poor lead quality — so the next iteration moves to a Leads objective with an instant form. That correction is the work; the first campaign is never the answer.

04 — Salons

FreqCuts

Admire — the salon counter, off the register

Salon softwareWhatsApp receiptsMulti-branchIn rollout

The problem

A salon's biggest loss isn't competition — it's being forgotten. The customer comes in, the bill goes into a register, the number is never saved. Two months later they're going somewhere else and the owner never finds out. It isn't a staff problem. It's a record problem.

What we built

  • Counter billing in about thirty seconds — services, staff, amount, done
  • Receipt straight to the customer's WhatsApp, which saves their number automatically
  • A customer database that builds itself: visit history, spend, last-visit date
  • Staff-wise performance, so commission stops being an argument
  • Targeted offers to a chosen group — regulars, high spenders, or customers who've gone quiet
  • A referral code on every bill, so word of mouth becomes countable
  • Owner-only controls: staff can bill, only the owner sees the money and the reports

No hardware

It runs on the phone or laptop already sitting at the counter. No machine to buy, no printer, no installation, no per-bill cost — and the staff use it in their own language.

What this means for you

We've already built the hard part for your industry.

Restaurants, gyms, salons, education, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing. The pattern repeats: the billing, the follow-up and the owner's visibility are the same three problems wearing different clothes. That's why the second build in a category is always faster than the first.
