Five things.
All of them shipped, not sold.

We don't run a menu of forty offerings. We build five kinds of thing, we've built each of them for a paying business, and we'll tell you plainly when the one you're asking for isn't the one you need.

01 AI voice & WhatsApp agents

Something that picks up on the first ring, at 11pm, in Punjabi.

A missed call is not a missed call — it's a customer who has already dialled the next number on the list. Most businesses don't have a lead problem, they have an answering problem, and no amount of ad spend fixes it. We build agents that answer instantly, ask what a good salesperson would ask, and put the result somewhere you can act on it.

What's included

  • Inbound voice agent — answers, qualifies, books into your calendar, no hold music
  • WhatsApp agent on the official Business API, replying in seconds and holding the thread
  • Language matching — replies in whichever of English, Hindi or Punjabi the customer wrote in
  • Outbound follow-up that works a list until it's genuinely cold
  • Every conversation transcribed and searchable, not lost in a phone
  • Handover rules you define — the agent stops and passes to a human where you say so
  • Written into your CRM live, so nobody re-types anything

02 Automation & CRM

Delete the part of the job nobody should be doing by hand.

Somewhere in your business a person is copying a number from one screen to another, and has been for two years. That work is invisible on the P&L but it's the reason quotes go out late and follow-ups don't go out at all. We map where the hours actually go, then take those steps off human hands entirely.

What's included

  • A CRM shaped around how you actually sell, instead of a template you fight every day
  • Lead routing and follow-up sequences that fire on behaviour, not on mood
  • Quotations, invoices, receipts and reminders generated and sent automatically
  • Your existing tools connected — spreadsheets, calendars, telephony, payment gateways
  • An owner dashboard that shows the truth without anyone having to prepare it
  • Role separation so staff can work without seeing the money
  • Documentation, so the system isn't hostage to us or to one employee

03 Custom software & SaaS

Software that bends to your business, not the other way round.

Off-the-shelf software asks you to change how you work so its screens make sense. For most Indian businesses that trade is a bad one — the workarounds cost more than the licence. We build the opposite: a product shaped around one industry's actual daily grind, multi-tenant from day one so it can hold your second branch, or your first customer.

What's included

  • Data model first — the schema is the product, everything else is a screen over it
  • Multi-tenant with row-level isolation, so adding a customer isn't a rebuild
  • Roles and permissions that match your real hierarchy, not a generic admin/user split
  • Payments, subscriptions and GST-compliant invoicing wired in from the start
  • Mobile and tablet-first where the work actually happens — the counter, the floor, the site
  • Shipped in working increments you can use before it's finished
  • Your code, your database, your accounts, documented for whoever comes next

04 Websites, SEO, AEO & GEO

Findable by people — and by the AI they now ask first.

Your buyer's first search increasingly isn't a search. It's a question typed into an assistant, and the answer comes back naming three companies. If your site isn't structured for that, you're not competing for position four — you're not in the conversation at all. We build for both: humans who need to trust you in eight seconds, and machines that need to quote you correctly.

What's included

  • A site shaped around one decision, not decorated around a brand deck
  • Technical SEO — load speed, Core Web Vitals, clean structure, crawlable everything
  • Schema markup: Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, breadcrumbs
  • AEO — answer-first content written so assistants can lift a correct sentence about you
  • GEO — city and area pages, map presence, local business data for "near me" searches
  • Lead capture wired into your CRM, not into an inbox nobody checks
  • Analytics and conversion tracking working before launch, not after

05 Content, ads & demand

A perfect system with nobody in it is a hobby.

This is the part most technical shops hand off and most agencies do blind. We do both ends, which means the ad angle and the landing page and the agent that answers the resulting call are decided in one conversation instead of three. It also means when the numbers are bad we can see exactly where — creative, click or follow-up.

What's included

  • UGC product ads that look like a person, not a brand film with a smaller budget
  • Premium brand films for launches and category positioning
  • Hooks and scripts built from what's already working in your category, not from taste
  • Meta and Google campaigns aimed at the funnel we built, measured to the lead
  • Organic social calendar with a reason behind each post
  • Reporting at lead level — cost per qualified enquiry, not cost per impression

How we talk about results

On a live education account, our first campaign brought volume but weak lead quality — so the next iteration moved to a Leads objective with an instant form. We'll tell you that kind of thing while it's happening. The first campaign is never the answer; pretending otherwise is how agencies burn a budget quietly.

How we work together

Three ways to engage. All of them priced before we start.

You'll never get an invoice you didn't expect. The scope and the number are agreed in writing after the free signal check and before any work begins.

Option one

Fixed-scope build

One defined thing, one price, one date. Most agent, automation and website projects run this way. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately rather than absorbed silently and billed later.

Most projects

Option two

Product partnership

For a full custom product, we work in monthly increments with a standing scope you can stop at the end of any month. You see something usable every week, which is also how you keep us honest.

Custom SaaS

Option three

Monthly retainer

For campaigns, content and ongoing tuning of a system we've already built. Fixed monthly fee plus media spend, reported at lead level, cancellable with notice.

Ads & upkeep

The signal check is free
Forty-five minutes tracing one real lead through your business. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us. It is not a sales call with a discovery label on it.
You own everything
Code, database, automations, ad accounts and domains sit in your name, with documentation written so another developer could take over. We don't build businesses that only we can run.
We'll say no
If your problem is a process problem, or an existing tool already solves it, we'll tell you rather than sell you a build. Turning down bad-fit work is why the work we do take on goes live.
Week one is real
You should be clicking something that works long before the project is finished. If a month passes and all you have is documents, something has gone wrong.
Remote, properly
We're in Amritsar and work across India, the Gulf, the UK, the US and Australia. Calls in your hours, decisions in writing, access handed over as we go.

Start here

Not sure which of the five you need?

That's the normal state, and it's exactly what the signal check is for. Bring one real problem — the calls you're missing, the report nobody can produce, the leads that go quiet — and we'll tell you which of these actually fixes it, including if the answer is none of them.
