Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software subscriptions (FreqDine, FreqCuts, FreqLaw)

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, per outlet or per account.
• Cancel anytime — from inside the app, or by emailing or calling us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Nothing is charged after that.
• No pro-rata refunds for partially used months.
• Refunds are issued only for duplicate payments, or if the product was unavailable for more than 72 continuous hours due to our fault.
• On cancellation you can request an export of your data within 90 days; after that it is deleted.

2. Custom projects (websites, software, AI automation)

• Projects are billed in milestones set out in the proposal. The advance confirms the slot and covers discovery and setup.
• Before work starts: cancel within 7 days of paying the advance for a full refund, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (domains, licences, ad spend).
• After work starts: the advance and any completed milestone payments are non-refundable. You may stop the project at any point; you receive all work completed and paid for up to that date.
• If we cannot deliver a milestone as scoped, we refund that milestone's payment in full.

3. Monthly retainers (marketing, content, ads management)

• Billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 15 days' written notice; the current month is not refunded.
• Ad spend paid to Meta, Google or other platforms is never refundable by us.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take a further 2–3 working days to reflect.

5. How to request one

Email or call us with your invoice number and the reason. We acknowledge within 1 working day and resolve within 7.
