Legal · Privacy Policy · Effective September 2026
What we collect, why, and what we do with it — for visitors to this site, our clients, and the users of software we build and host.
This policy applies to frequencybuilders.com, to our communications with clients and prospects, and to the software products we operate (FreqDine, FreqCuts, FreqLaw and others). Where we build a system for a client that the client operates, the client is the data controller and their own privacy policy applies to end users.
To respond to enquiries, deliver and support the work you've hired us for, bill you, run and improve our products, and send you service messages. We send marketing only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Only with services needed to do the work — hosting and database providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp / Meta messaging APIs, email providers, and analytics tools — each under their own security terms. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to people who need it, and separate tenants isolated from each other in our multi-tenant products. No system is perfectly secure; if we discover a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.
Enquiry data for up to 24 months. Client and billing records for as long as required by Indian tax law. Product data for the life of your subscription plus 90 days, after which it is deleted unless you request an export first.
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, or to stop marketing, by writing to the address below. We respond within 30 days. This policy is consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
